Whoopi Goldberg Previews The View: The Musical for Jimmy Fallon

The View co-host and Sister Act producer Whoopi Goldberg had an exciting visit with Late Night's Jimmy Fallon on May 3. It so happened her appearance coincided with the 2011 Tony nominations, allowing the comic to talk Tony with Fallon, celebrating Sister Act's five nominations and bragging on the show's star, Patina Miller. After discussing how many Broadway shows have come from projects Whoopi has participated in, Fallon suggested that her next Broadway project should be The View: The Musical. Goldberg, of course, was game and even premiered a snippet of a song from what could be Broadway's next big hit. We're waiting, Whoopi!
